Once an item has been shipped we are unable to change the shipping address or make any adjustments to the order. If your tracking shows in transit, delayed, or marked as delivered you’ll need to contact the mail carrier.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally processed in 1 - 3 business days. During high volume times, such as holidays or special events, processing may take 7 - 10 business days.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Shipping times vary based on where you are. Domestic orders should arrive in 3-7 days, while international orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Please know that some international orders may be delayed in customs, and there is nothing we can do to expedite that process.

I was charged customs fees or duties! Why?
Unfortunately, additional customs and duties charges are outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but there is nothing we can do. We are unable to refund any charges in regards to customs and duties.

The best options for those who want their packages just a little bit quicker or for those medium sized packages that are unavailable to be shipped First Class.
UPS®
The best option for those who want detailed tracking and delivery times, or ordering large amounts of items. Rates vary based on destination country and package size. Ideal for those in North America.
